What are Executive Condominiums
Executive Condominium (EC) were introduced
in Q2 1996, when private home prices were very high, to cater to the
needs of the middle income home buyers; especially young graduates and professionals
who can
afford more than a HDB flat but find private property to be out of their
reach.
An EC is similar to private condominiums in terms of facilities and
amenities.
